Steam Generator Sizing

Multiply your shower's length × width × height in feet to calculate total cubic feet. The supplied ThermaSol guidance states that wall materials do not affect generator sizing. For 9-foot ceilings, size up one generator. For 10-foot ceilings, size up two or contact our team to confirm sizing. Confirm the appropriate model for your enclosure before ordering.

Installation and Enclosure Guidance

Install the generator flat and horizontally in a finished, climate-controlled space protected from weather. Allow at least 6 inches of clearance on all sides and keep the unit accessible at all times. Do not enclose it behind walls or inside a bench.

Use non-porous, moisture-resistant enclosure materials such as porcelain or ceramic tile, tempered glass and sealed grout. Natural stone requires regular sealing. Choose rust-resistant fixtures and moisture-safe, treated wood such as teak for seating. Refer to the product manuals for complete installation requirements.
