Shipping Policy

Elite Wellness HQ: Shipping, Returns, & Order Policy

1. Order Fulfillment and Shipment

We work with multiple premium manufacturers, and shipping times vary based on the Fulfillment Tier of the specific product you order. Please refer to the designated lead time on the product page for the most accurate estimate.

Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Order Confirmation: As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders for items in Fulfillment Tier 1 are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Custom/Specialty Processing: Orders in Tiers 2 and 3 require longer processing times, as detailed below.

Cryotherapy chambers, custom saunas, or specialty manufacturer equipment

8-12 Weeks (or as specified on the product page)

  • Tracking Information: We will email you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@elitewellnesshq.com.

 

2. Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note the special return conditions for high-value items.

Standard Returns

You can return most unused, non-custom items within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and labels attached.

  • Restocking Fee: All standard returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund. This covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs for high-value freight.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee). This can take up to 30 business days from our receipt of the item.

Final Sale & Cancellation Exceptions (Critical)

Due to the specialized nature of our high-value equipment, the following policies strictly apply:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products: These items are built specifically for you and start production immediately. All sales for custom or made-to-order products are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Your purchase is covered by the manufacturer's warranty to ensure perfect function.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional sale or marked as clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Backordered Items: Backordered items are subject to an estimated lead time provided at the time of order. If a backorder is canceled, a 5% cancellation fee may apply to cover non-recoverable payment processing and administration costs. Lead times are estimates and subject to change.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at the contact information below within 48 hours of receipt, and we will promptly arrange a refund, replacement, or repair under our Warranty policy at no cost to you.

3. Customer Commitment & Chargebacks

Our dedicated team is here to assist you and resolve any issues promptly. We are immediately responsive and will do everything possible to provide the best resolution.

We ask that you contact us first at support@elitewellnesshq.com if you have any issue (e.g., product damage, shipment delays) that needs resolving. Please do not file chargebacks for issues we can resolve together.
