Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Elite Wellness HQ, and we want you to love your new wellness product! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Here’s everything you need to know about our return policy.

RETURNS
You can return your item within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned products must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To start a return, email our team at support@elitewellnesshq.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide:

Please note: You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and check the item’s condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange. This can take up to 30 days from the date we receive your item. We’ll email you to let you know once your return is processed.

BACKORDERED ITEMS
Backordered items are products that aren’t in stock when you order them, but you’ve agreed to wait for the estimated lead time. If a backorder is canceled, there’s a fee because our payment processor will charge us for cancellations. Just a heads up: lead times are estimates and can change.

EXCEPTIONS
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please reach out to us at the contact info below, and we’ll arrange a refund or exchange for you.

A Few Things to Know:

  • There’s a 25% restocking fee for all returns.
  • Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned.
  • Custom or made-to-order products can’t be canceled or refunded since they’re built just for you. These items start production as soon as you order, but your warranty ensures they’ll work perfectly. Not sure if your item is custom? Email or call us. We’re happy to clarify! All sales for custom or made-to-order products are final.

Chargebacks

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry.  We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together.  Thank you for shopping with us!
