Wellness Equipment Buying FAQs
Choose with clarity. Plan with confidence.
A considered wellness space starts with the right questions. Use these answers to prepare your shortlist and identify the product and project details to confirm before ordering.
How do I choose the right sauna, cold plunge or hot tub?
Start with your intended use, available space, preferred seating or immersion layout and budget for the complete project. Compare exact models and configurations, not capacity or starting price alone. Our wellness-space planning guide includes a practical comparison checklist.
How can I tell what is included?
Read the selected option and product’s inclusion details, then request a written, itemized quote if anything is unclear. Confirm heaters, controls, stones, chillers, covers, steps and accessories individually where relevant. Do not assume every accessory shown in an image is included.
Does a sauna price include a heater?
Check the exact listing and selected heater option. A cabin-only or No Heater selection should not be treated as a complete heated sauna package. For heater packages, confirm controls, sauna stones and required installation components separately against the written order.
What should I measure before ordering?
Record the available space and the entire delivery route, including doors, gates, steps and turning points. Use the exact model’s current drawings to check external dimensions, roof or cover movement, installation clearances and service access. Have structural support, electrical supply, drainage and ventilation assessed as applicable.
Is delivery the same as installation?
Do not treat the two as interchangeable. Ask your itemized quotation to identify transport, unloading, positioning, assembly, electrical work, foundation preparation and any specialist lifting separately. Confirm who is responsible for each part before arranging your project.
How do I check availability for my location?
Review the product’s availability notices, including any country restrictions or backorder message. Provide your city, country and postal code when asking about availability and estimated lead time. Confirm the current estimate for the selected model and destination before scheduling related work.
Can I use the equipment in a commercial setting?
Ask for written confirmation that the exact model, installation and intended operating schedule are suitable for your proposed use. Residential and commercial requirements can differ. Verify the applicable manufacturer coverage and servicing arrangements for your project rather than assuming residential terms apply.
Which warranty applies?
Request the current written warranty for the exact product, supplied components and country of installation. Check coverage periods, parts, labour, service costs, registration requirements and exclusions. A heater, chiller, control or accessory may have different terms from the main product.
What information should I send for a consultation?
Send the models you’re considering, residential or commercial use, space measurements, site and access photos, delivery postal code, budget range and preferred timing. These details make it easier to focus the conversation on the right equipment and the items to verify.
