Product Warranty
- Coverage:
- Canadian Timber Outdoor Showers by Dundalk LeisureCraft are warranted against material and workmanship defects for 3 years under normal residential use.
- Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear, natural weathering, misuse, or negligence.
- Maintenance requirements like draining water before freezing or regular cleaning/staining are not covered.
- Labor or service costs are not included in the warranty.
Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping:
- Included for most locations in Canada, excluding remote areas like NWT, Nunavut, and islands.
- Customers in remote locations will receive a quote before charges are finalized.
- Shipping Process:
- Dundalk LeisureCraft handles product packing and shipping arrangements.
- The trucking company delivers curbside and schedules delivery appointments.
Customer Responsibilities
- Delivery Arrangements:
- Respond promptly to trucking company calls for delivery scheduling.
- Ensure access for large delivery trucks (18-wheelers).
- Plan for unloading saunas or crates, especially those over 92" long, which require additional assistance or equipment.
- Inspection:
- Note and photograph any damage upon delivery.
- Notify the dealer or manufacturer immediately to address claims.
Returns & Refunds
- Return Policy:
- Returns are not accepted for LeisureCraft items unless pre-approved.
- A 20% restocking fee applies, and items must be in original packaging and condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection:
- Refunds depend on product condition upon return, as determined by LeisureCraft.
Assembly & Installation
- Customer Requirements:
- Site preparation (flat, level surface) is mandatory.
- Customers assemble products themselves or hire external help.
- Optional Assembly (Ontario Orders Only):
